Kevin is a former restauranteur and chef in New Orleans, and has brought his talents to Maryland. His cooking expertise ranges from authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine, to classic preparations, to comfort food, to party fare. Not only did he own and Executive Chef at his own restaurant in New Orleans, he has also cooked in some of the premier kitchens in the country, including Commander's Palace with Chef Tory. Kevin will personally work with each client to design a solution specific to your needs and expectations.
